Church in Prague

Our first term was that of pioneering a trail. We arrived with no
contacts, no other missionaries, no baptist tracts or literature, just a
calling and a vision. So we learned everything, the hard way - by trial
and error. But not without God’s leading. I thank God for those days
because they make me appreciate so much more the fruit that we now
enjoy. Those pioneering days prepared the way for the harvesting days.

Second term saw the assembling of a flock. There was the massive
Cross Czech Project, sowing this nation with an evangelistic publication
to 1.5 million homes - 2/3 of the nation! Then there was the inauguration
of regular Czech services and Bible studies in Prague, our base.

The focus of the third term has been building a church. Souls have been
saved, baptized, and discipled. This small congregation is now strong in
faith, united in love for Christ, zealous for the Gospel, and eager to move
forward in building a church - Baptistické shromáždění - PRAHA.
