Guest Speakers

We have been blessed by visits from many pastors and other special speakers. Here are just a few examples from recent years.

(2007-2008) Pastor Wilhelm Falk, Bro. Gordon Pulley, and others have helped us with printing and distributing several Chick tracts.

(2004, 2008) Pastor Tom Furse - Lighthouse Baptist Press, Rapid City, SD. He has visited us twice, and helped publish and provide a special edition John/Romans. He is currently doing the same for a parallel Czech/English book of Proverbs.

(2007) Pastor Leo Paine - former pastor, Calvary Baptist Church, Seward, NE He and his wife, Cathy, spent a summer watching the work (and our dog!) while we were away on a short furlough.

(2008) Pastor Johannes Spoelstra, missionary in Holland, came for a week with his wife Johanna for special services and an outreach banquet.

(2004) Bro. David Manohar - member of Lehigh Valley Baptist Church, PA, Bro. Manohar presented two excellent lectures on the topic of creation.

(2005) Pastor Tom Hastings, and his wife Sandy, missionaries for 32 years in Germany, taught a marriage conference for us.

(2003) Pastor Jeremiah Sargent and the Oak Harbor Youth Group came for a week to help, preach, sing, and present the ABC's of Christian Growth.

(2004) Dr. Pat Briney, creation and leadership conference speaker from Mission Boulevard Baptist Church, presented an effective three-day creation seminar.

(2005) Pastor Bruce D. Miller - Foothills Baptist Church, Loveland, CO. Pastor Miller and the Tscheschke family from the church came to help distribute John/Romans booklets. FBC is a supporting church, which also provided special support for 20,000 John/Romans.

(2005, 2007) Pastor Ken Shaffer & Mrs. Shaffer have been here in Prague twice, and are loved and appreciated not only by us, but by everyone in the Czech congregation here in Prague.

(2004) Pastor Stan Gustafson, personal friend and supporting pastor. He preached about the church.

(2004, 2007) Bonnie Gonzalez & Family from Community Baptist Church, PA. A professional Christian Counsellor, she conducted a ladies' seminar here on Stress & Depression.

(2006) Bro. Seth Richards, missionary in Englestadt, Germany. He filled in for me twice, and also came with the singles' group from his sending church, Bibel Baptisten Geimende, Germany, Pastor Bill Richards (who has also preached here, but we have no picture!).
